Deer Park Estate is a major industrial subdivision being delivered for GPT on a previously undeveloped section of the Orica facility at Deer Park. Strategically located on Tilburn Road, the development will transform the site into a significant industrial precinct, supported by extensive civil infrastructure and careful management of environmental and operational constraints associated with the existing surrounding land uses.

The project involves remediation of existing ground conditions, the import and placement of more than 600,000m³ of clean fill, and the delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure within a tightly programmed construction environment. Key works include the construction of multiple culvert structures, sewer boring, and the reconstruction of both Tilburn Road and sections of Ballarat Road, supported by extensive traffic management measures. Delivered alongside environmentally and commercially sensitive areas, the project requires a highly coordinated approach to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes while establishing critical infrastructure to support future industrial growth in Melbourne’s west.
