Broadmeadows Logistics Estate is a major industrial redevelopment located on Northcorp Boulevard, offering excellent connectivity to Melbourne’s key transport links including the Western Ring Road, Tullamarine Freeway, Hume Highway interchange and the future North East Link. The project transformed the former Woolworths distribution centre into a modern logistics precinct featuring more than 120,000m² of high‑quality warehouse space. Rokon commenced subdivision works in March 2021, delivering the project with a strong sustainability focus by demolishing existing structures and recycling concrete through the Alex Fraser facility—the same source used for road base and drainage backfill materials.

The civil works package was delivered across two major stages and included bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, drainage, electrical installation, road and footpath construction, service relocations and retaining wall construction. Stage 1 was completed in December 2021, with Stage 2 expanding delivery through extensive cut‑to‑fill earthworks and full service installation. The completed estate now supports efficient freight movement and provides strategically positioned industrial land within Melbourne’s established logistics corridor.
