Broadmeadows Logistics Estate
We sourced recycled crushed road base and asphalt to deliver the entrance road into the Broadmeadows Logistic Estate as well as recycled concrete for the drainage backfill, sourced from the Alex Fraser Recycling Facility. This is the same recycling facility where the demolished concrete structures from the old Woolworths distribution centre have been recycled as part of LOGOS Group Sustainability Initiative.
Rokon are proud to be doing our part in supporting LOGOS Group to achieve their recycling and Sustainability Initiative for Broadmeadow Logistic Estate. This initiative forms part of LOGOS Sustainability Commitment in support of their goal to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design rating and As-Built rating.
