With Stage 1 of LOGOS Group Broadmeadows Logistics Estate completed in December 2021, our project team is making great progress on the completion of Stage 2!

Details of Stage 2 works completed so far on this 120,000 sqm industrial sub-division include:

Stage 2, Site 4
Bulk earthworks completed
Bulk pad crushed rock completed

Roads
Subgrade prepared
Road crossing completed
3,000 tonnes of construction layer placed
