Last week, Rokon was honoured to attend the Women in Civil Breakfast organised by Civil Contractors Federation Victoria – CCF Vic. A blend of remarkable women from our Sites, Operations, Safety and Office Support teams, thoroughly enjoyed spending time together at the breakfast session.

The theme, “This is my story”, resonated throughout the morning.  At Rokon, we recognise the impact of individual stories, not just as personal journeys but as powerful connectors that weave a fabric of community and belonging. This theme truly captures the essence of today’s gathering.

In sync with CCF Victoria’s vision, Rokon is steadfast in empowering women in the civil construction industry. We take pride in the progress made so far, but there’s always more to achieve, and we’re on board for the journey.
