As we celebrate International Women’s Day this week, we would like to recognise some outstanding women who are part of the Rokon family.

Rebecca Lincoln, Rokon Plant Manager, has been a member of the Rokon family for over five years, commencing in an Operational Support Officer role to now, managing the team. She shares some highlights of her journey with us.

“Since my commencement with Rokon, I felt I had a purpose; I have been supported, encouraged, challenged, recognised, and rewarded for my contribution to the company. I have been given fantastic opportunities and overcome barriers to take on a leadership role that I love. I look forward to sharing my skills and learning something new every day.”
