Rosewood Estate Project Completion

Having tackled the complex challenges of the Melbourne Water Waterway in Rosewood Estate – Deanside, our team and dedicated contractors have successfully navigated the highly reactive ground conditions with finesse.

Our accomplished tasks include:
· Management of an active, continuously flowing waterway.
· Bulk excavation and alignment reshaping.
· Innovative stabilisation of reactive clays using Gypsum & Lime techniques.
· Completion of rock beaching, weir walls, and shared paths.
· Strategic integration of solar lighting.

Collaboration has been at the heart of this project’s success.

We’re thrilled to have partnered with:
· RJS Civil for expertly managing the Nib wall.
· Structured Rock Pty Ltd for their brilliant execution on the rockworks, including 2 headwalls and an extensive 927sqm chute & and culvert rockwork.
· UCS Group for the installation of 5 state-of-the-art solar light poles.
· Balance Enviro Solutions for their transformative landscaping efforts.
