Grand Central Estate – Project Progress

Our Grand Central project team has achieved Council Practical Completion for Stage 13! And we’re now preparing for electrical compliances. Stage 14 is on track for PC by the end of May.

We’re also happy to report that all drainage and bulk earthworks have been completed for the Wetlands, with ongoing topsoiling works.
