Our Windermere project team have had a busy start to the year!

The team has successfully completed the asphalt for Stage 18, with a total of 542 tonnes laid and additional works including:

• 3623sqm of Prime/Sami
• 1185Lm of kerb
• 1801 SQM of footpaths/driveways.

We’re also proud to announce the completion of Windermere IN05, which includes:

• 5371 tonnes of asphalt
• 1924Lm of kerb
• 3128sqm of footpaths/islands/bus bays, and
• a signalised intersection.

These works will contribute to improved infrastructure and a more connected community.

In addition, Windermere Stages 11 & 12 have just received EDLP (End of Defects Liability Period) sign-off from council with no defects found, the stages have now been handed over to council control!
