Rise Industrial Estate is a major 70‑hectare industrial subdivision in Cranbourne West, expanding on Rokon’s earlier delivery of the bulk earthworks package at Hall Road. The development is being undertaken by a joint venture between ESR Australia and Frasers Property Australia and is positioned to become a key logistics and manufacturing hub within Melbourne’s growing southeast industrial corridor. Rokon is delivering the full civil works package under a 12‑month program, with five stages progressing concurrently to meet strict delivery milestones.

Key works include internal roads and pavements, major drainage systems including Melbourne Water infrastructure, sewer and water installations, electrical and NBN reticulation, and two signalised VicRoads intersection upgrades providing critical access into the estate. The project strengthens the precinct’s long‑term industrial capacity and reinforces Rokon’s capability in delivering large‑scale, high‑complexity infrastructure to a consistently high standard.
