Taylors Rise Estate is a major residential development for Lawport located along Taylors Road in Deanside, incorporating multiple stages of civil construction and the upgrade of key road infrastructure. The project includes the delivery of 180,000 sq.m of residential lots alongside the construction and signalisation of the Taylors Road and City Vista Court intersection, transforming what was previously a temporary roundabout into a fully signalised four‑way intersection. Early stages also involved significant sewer and drainage outfall works, including deep infrastructure installations through challenging ground conditions and the connection of drainage lines into the existing Melbourne Water wetland to the south.

The development has required extensive coordination with council and a wide range of service authorities, including APA, Telstra, NBN, Powercor and Vocus, to safely relocate existing utilities and implement a staged traffic management approach. Stages 1 and 2, along with the major intersection works, were delivered effectively with minimal disruption to residents and road users during traffic realignments and commissioning. Construction is now progressing through the subsequent stages, continuing to build out the estate’s core infrastructure and supporting the creation of a well‑connected new community precinct.
