iQ Cranbourne West is an industrial subdivision being delivered for Salta Properties, strategically positioned along the Western Port Highway in Cranbourne West. The development is underpinned by high‑quality civil infrastructure and the integration of a Melbourne Water wetland, reflecting a considered approach to sustainable development and long‑term environmental stewardship.

Works are progressing across the construction of internal roads and pavements, comprehensive drainage networks and essential service infrastructure, including sewer, water, electrical and NBN. Central to the project is the wetland, incorporating a gross pollutant trap (GPT), associated drainage systems and landscaping to improve water quality, manage stormwater flows and enhance ecological outcomes across the site.
