Winterset Lodge Estate is a multi‑stage residential community in Wyndham Vale, transforming former farmland into a well‑planned neighbourhood with integrated wetlands and open‑space features. Spanning approximately 70 hectares, the development is being delivered progressively across 16 stages. Rokon was engaged to complete the civil works for Stages 1–5, including bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer infrastructure, pavements and shared pathway construction, as well as the delivery of a Melbourne Water wetland.

Through close collaboration with the landowners, Rokon has delivered high‑quality outcomes while maintaining the project vision and environmental sensitivity. Following the successful completion of the early stages—delivered significantly ahead of schedule—the team continued into later phases with a strong focus on efficiency, communication and construction excellence. The works completed to date reflect Rokon’s ability to support community‑driven residential developments and deliver infrastructure that enhances long‑term liveability for future residents.
