Troups Road Logistics Estate is a premium industrial development strategically positioned with direct access to the Western Freeway, M80 Ring Road and Deer Park Bypass. Located near the fast‑growing Mt Atkinson precinct and future rail links, the estate is designed to support next‑generation industrial operations, incorporating two high‑quality warehouse facilities and a modern, two‑level office space targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design rating. Rokon delivered Stage 1 of the development, undertaking significant bulk earthworks, material management and the construction of industrial‑grade pavements to prepare the precinct for full civil delivery.
