Emerald Park Estate is a premium residential community in Tarneit, located just over half an hour from Melbourne’s CBD. To support the delivery of the broader 1,100‑lot subdivision, Rokon was engaged to complete Stages 23 and 25 along with the major Melbourne Water wetland. The works involved the construction of the estate’s key waterway and stormwater management assets, delivered alongside adjacent residential stages to maintain program continuity for the client.

The wetland package included more than 70,000 cubic metres of rock excavation, installation of several kilometres of drainage infrastructure and the integration of two Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT) units, making it a complex civil component requiring close coordination and technical delivery. By partnering closely with  our client and consultants to achieve key program targets, Rokon continue to support the development of this growing and vibrant community.
