Wattle Park Estate is Stockland’s newest community, located approximately 30km from Melbourne CBD. This project is expected to house over 800 families with proposed parks & open spaces with its unique proposed 2.2km river trail fronting Werribee River.

Scope
The initial scope of our works package encompasses the construction of a branch sewer to facilitate the distribution of services within the Wattle Park Estate, which is currently undergoing development. Additionally, there will be road upgrade works at the Sayers Road & Sewells Road Intersection to ensure seamless access for residents to all three stages of the subdivision.
Outcome
Construction have just begun. Rokon have been working closely with Stockland & Breese Pitt Dixon during the design phase of this estate to ensure constructability around protective conservation areas like the Werribee River corridor.
