The initial scope of our works package encompasses the construction of a branch sewer to facilitate the distribution of services within the Wattle Park Estate, which is currently undergoing development. Additionally, there will be road upgrade works at the Sayers Road & Sewells Road Intersection to ensure seamless access for residents to all three stages of the subdivision.
Construction have just begun. Rokon have been working closely with Stockland & Breese Pitt Dixon during the design phase of this estate to ensure constructability around protective conservation areas like the Werribee River corridor.
