The Glasscocks Road Upgrade Project is a critical infrastructure upgrade for IFM Investors in Dandenong South, with Rokon engaged as Principal Civil Contractor. The project comprises the upgrade of Glasscocks Road and construction of a new link road connecting a future industrial estate to the Western Port Highway, delivering safe, efficient and compliant access to support ongoing industrial growth in Melbourne’s south‑east.

The works include bulk earthworks, full road pavement construction and a VicRoads‑compliant signalised intersection, supported by extensive environmental controls and tree protection measures. Key infrastructure delivery includes major Melbourne Water drainage featuring large‑diameter piped systems and approximately 2,300 linear metres of new water main installation, undertaken in close coordination with council, Melbourne Water and utility authorities. Once complete, the project will improve road connectivity, enhance drainage capacity and provide long‑term benefits to the surrounding industrial and transport network.
