Mambourin Green is a major masterplanned residential development in Melbourne’s rapidly growing western corridor, positioned near Manor Lakes and designed to support long‑term community expansion. The estate will feature new schools, a community precinct and a village centre, forming the foundation of a well‑connected and sustainable neighbourhood. Rokon was engaged to deliver early earthworks across Stages 1–15 and undertake full civil construction for the first four stages, with works progressing steadily and the initial stages targeted for completion in early 2026.
Ongoing delivery is being supported through close collaboration with the client, council, consultants and service authorities.
