Greenlink is a major logistics and industrial precinct in Cranbourne West, strategically positioned to service the rapidly growing population and expanding industrial base of Melbourne’s south‑east. Acquired by ESR Australia, the estate is designed as a premium-grade hub catering to rising demand from logistics and commercial users. Rokon was initially engaged to deliver bulk earthworks across the 79‑hectare site, including site clearing, topsoil stripping, cut‑to‑fill operations, temporary sediment basins and construction access. This successful early delivery led to Rokon being awarded all three subsequent civil stages between 2022 and 2025

Across these stages, Rokon completed road and pavement works, major drainage systems, water and sewer reticulation, electrical and communications infrastructure and a Melbourne Water–designed constructed waterway featuring twin box culverts and extensive environmental treatments. Works also included a fully signalised intersection upgrade at Western Port Highway, integrating with VicRoads traffic systems. The completion of these complex civil packages enabled key tenants to commence operations within the new logistics hub, demonstrating Rokon’s capability in delivering large‑scale industrial infrastructure to the highest technical and safety standards.
