Green Link Estate, acquired by ESR Australia July 2020, The site will be developed into a premium-grade logistics hub with an expected end value of circa A$450 million. The site is ideally situated to service the growing, affluent population of South East Melbourne, and to take advantage of the strong demand from users across the south-east.

Scope

Rokon have been awarded the bulk earthworks package for the 79ha site.

• Stage 2 Civil works are progressing well with Sewer, Drainage & Kerb and Channel completed, base and intermediate layer of asphalt has just been completed woth council PC expected within the next 4-6 weeks well ahead of program. Stage 3 civil works have commenced with sewer completed and drainage commenced. Stage 2A intersection works still to commence.
• Eastern Water way has progressed with one set of culverts already installed with the endwall taking shape, second set of culverts are scheduled to be installed in the coming month which will then allow the waterway to be excavated.
• BEW is nearing completion with Lot 11 handed over to the client with a builder to commence shortly. Lot 5 & 8 almost complete leaving Lot 12 as the final building pad to be delivered.
