Ooranya Estate is a major masterplanned community under construction in Beveridge, set to deliver more than 660 homes supported by a central park, community facilities and convenient access to nearby schools and childcare. Rokon was initially engaged to complete external works and early infrastructure and has since been awarded multiple stages across the estate as the development has progressed. Our scope spans bulk earthworks, road construction and the installation of sewer, drainage, water, gas, electrical and communication services, contributing to the creation of a connected and sustainable residential precinct.

Ongoing delivery includes the Ooranya Central Estate, which forms a significant portion of the nearly 1,000-lot development and incorporates a Melbourne Water drainage system with major outfall infrastructure. Through consistent performance and the ability to manage complex staging requirements, Rokon has built a strong partnership with TCG Construction Services, resulting in continued engagement across this landmark northern growth‑area project.
