Lifestyles Merrifield is a medium‑density retirement community in Mickleham, designed to deliver high‑quality, low‑maintenance living for downsizers. The development features around 187 homes within a newly established residential precinct along Aitken Boulevard. Rokon delivered a comprehensive civil works package that included earthworks, drainage, sewer and water reticulation, electrical and communications installation, road pavement construction, kerb and channel works, and key supporting infrastructure such as stormwater reuse systems, retaining structures and boundary fencing.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and provides Lifestyle Communities with a fully serviced, high‑quality residential environment that supports the growth of the Mickleham corridor. Through coordinated delivery and strong technical capability across all civil components, Rokon contributed to a well‑planned community that meets the needs of future residents and strengthens the broader Merrifield precinct.
