Palmers Logistics Estate is a strategically located industrial precinct in Melbourne’s west, offering direct access to major arterial networks and supporting a wide range of commercial and industrial operations. Designed for flexibility and efficient distribution, the estate continues to expand through staged infrastructure delivery. Rokon was engaged to complete the Western Drainage portion of the broader development, which included constructing a 1200mm drainage line positioned alongside a newly built hardstand. The works required careful sequencing and coordination with the builder due to limited access and spatial constraints across the site.

Despite these challenges, Rokon delivered the interim drainage works four months ahead of schedule, representing a key milestone for the client. The final connection into the existing Melbourne Water waterway was completed in early 2025, overcoming environmental and access‑related complexities through targeted planning and onsite expertise. The drainage package was delivered to a high standard and successfully handed over, demonstrating Rokon’s capability in delivering specialised industrial infrastructure within constrained operational environments.
