Little Springs Estate in Deanside is a residential community uniquely framed by Kororoit Creek, a 52‑kilometre natural watercourse that winds from Melbourne’s north‑west to Port Phillip Bay. Rokon was engaged following the successful delivery of Stage 3 and is now constructing Stages 4 through 10 of the development. The works involve major civil activities including several kilometres of sewer and stormwater reticulation, substantial imported fill placement and compaction, upcoming road reconstruction, service relocations, and Melbourne Water drainage and culvert infrastructure.

Having delivered Stage 3 ahead of program, Rokon has continued strong progress across subsequent stages, with Stages 5 and 6 completed by the end of 2025. Ongoing collaboration with OYOB and EGIS has ensured momentum across the remaining stages, which continue under construction. The project showcases Rokon’s capability in staged residential delivery and its commitment to meeting program targets within environmentally sensitive contexts.
