Lifestyle Woodlea is a Retirement Community which provides state of the art facilities that includes a Bowling Area, Croquet Court, and Picket Court for retired people. It also provides safe, secure, friendly and peaceful environment for living.

Scope

Lifestyle Woodlea consists of 1-3 stages of medium-density subdivision work, which includes 181 lots and a few roads to be built. Rokon has been contracted to complete the bulk earthworks, asphalt roadworks, stormwater drainage, and all the services needed to service all the homes.

Approx scope of works (Stages 1 – 3):

• 2,400 m3 of cut
• 2,800 m drainage
• 6,900 m2 shared footpath
• 1,800 L.m sewer
• 76,54 m2 Road pavement (Asphalt)
