Wattle Park Estate is a masterplanned residential community in Tarneit, designed to support sustained population growth in Melbourne’s western corridor. With river‑fronted aspects, future parks, sports facilities and a planned community centre, the development offers strong connectivity to nearby schools, transport and retail precincts. Rokon is delivering civil infrastructure across several stages, including the precinct’s early works and the Sewells Road upgrade. This includes subdivision delivery for hundreds of residential lots along with bulk earthworks, road pavements, drainage, sewer and water infrastructure, and extensive concrete works.

Working closely with Stockland and Breese Pitt Dixon, Rokon continues to progress the project while navigating environmental sensitivities associated with the Werribee River corridor.
