The Boundary and Bodycoats Road Infrastructure Upgrade delivered 2.4 km of new road and service infrastructure to support three major future subdivisions in Wollert. The project involved excavation through hard rock without blasting, deep‑lift asphalt pavement over reactive clay and basalt subgrade, and installation of 6,000 m of kerbing along with new footpaths and shared paths.

Rokon also delivered significant service upgrades, including 9,000 m of underground electrical conduit, 11,000 m of communications conduit for NBN, Telstra and Redtrain, and major drainage works featuring multiple culvert structures and Melbourne Water drainage assets. Additional works included new recycled water mains, steel gas mains, and complex access coordination across more than 15 properties.

Completed while maintaining local traffic access, the project required extensive staging and collaboration with authorities, service providers and multiple contractors. The successful delivery of this upgrade now provides essential infrastructure supporting ongoing growth across the Wollert region.
