865 Boundary Road is a major industrial estate in Truganina, delivering more than 12 hectares of premium warehouse space within one of Melbourne’s most established logistics precincts. With exceptional access to key freight routes, the development is designed to support scalable, efficient and high‑volume industrial operations. Rokon is delivering Stage One of the project, which includes the construction of warehouse building pads, internal pavements and full service installation across the estate. Significant progress has been made on bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, and the construction of structural retaining walls.

Current works include culvert installation along Ecology Drive and high‑voltage electrical reticulation along Boundary Road, forming critical infrastructure for future tenants. Once internal works are completed, Rokon will advance to the external civil upgrades along Boundary Road, including road widening and the delivery of a signalised intersection to improve heavy vehicle access and traffic flow. Partnering with GPT Group, Rokon continues to apply strong technical capability and collaborative delivery to progress this landmark industrial project.
