Aurora Estate is a major masterplanned community in Wollert, positioned just 25 km north of Melbourne with strong connectivity to the established Epping and Wollert town centres. Since construction commenced in 2018, Rokon has been responsible for civil delivery across the development, working first with Lendlease Communities and, following a merger, with Stockland. The estate will ultimately accommodate thousands of residents, with many stages already complete and occupied. Rokon continues to deliver extensive subdivision works across the precinct, including earthworks, roads, pavements and full service installation to support residential and medium‑density development.

Over the life of the project, Rokon has delivered every successive stage awarded, including a dedicated retirement village, completing large volumes of trenching for sewer, drainage, water, gas, electrical and telecommunications. Works have also included retaining structures, asset relocations and sustainable design features to support the expanding community. With ongoing collaboration across authorities, stakeholders and local residents, Rokon continues to progress Aurora Estate with a focus on quality, safety and minimising disruption as the development grows
